Welcome to the Cheetah Crescent, Gemsbok and Impala community: a small, friendly and diverse group of residents. Here is what to do as you settle in.
1. Join the WhatsApp groups
There are two groups:
- CCRA General: Matters of interest to all residents: help wanted or offered, area news and updates.
- CCRA Security: Security matters. Monitored by the security services provider.
As a courtesy to others, please don't message the groups between 9 PM and 6 AM unless it is an emergency or an important security matter.

2. Join the mailing list
The committee sends updates by email. To be added, contact the committee and introduce yourself.
3. Get a vehicle sticker
A CCRA sticker lets the boom-gate security open the boom when you come and go. SeeLevy & stickers.
4. Contribute to the boom gate and security
The monthly contribution covers the boom gate and security. As of January 2023 it was R350 a month per member (R250 for pensioners). See Levy & stickers.
